#1 – Announcing interest
This is done by filling out Slauka's commission form, which can be found here: Slauka's Commission Form
Ensure that you have spent time filling out the form and collected good references as these are crucial for the art process!
---
#2 – Commission start & price
When the artist is ready to start your commission, you will be contacted!

This is the stage where the final price will be set. The artist will also give an estimated time until the commission is completed. Do note that the delivery date is likely to change, and should the date be changed the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The artist is not required to give a reason for any delay or shortened queues that might incur.

---
#3 – Payment
All payments will go through a PayPal invoice which you will receive from the artist, Slauka, upon acceptance of your commission.  Money sent through other means but an invoice from Slauka will not be considered as a payment for your commission. Payments up to $70 (USD) will be required in full sum before the drawing process is started, and any sum above that can be split into two payments should the customer desire it; one payment of half of the total sum before the drawing process is started and the remaining 50% before final delivery. No finished product will be delivered unless payment is done in full.

---
#4 – Sketching
The artist creates sketches for each art piece. The customer is given revisions consisting of two rounds of major changes, and three rounds of minor changes per art piece.

Cancellation by customer during the sketching stage: 40% of the total paid amount will be refunded. Do note that PayPal charges a small processing fee for any amount received for goods or services. As such the customer will receive 40% of the sum the artist first received (after PayPal’s processing fee), minus the PayPal processing fee for the repayment from the artist back to the customer.
