Terms and conditions
This artist commission agreement is between Slauka (“the artist”) and the person looking to commission her, also known as “the customer”.
Payments will be sent through an invoice from Slauka through PayPal and will be paid in USD. Do NOT send payments on your own, but wait for the invoice.
There will be no refunds on finished products or unwanted items upon reaching Process stage #5. Further information for refunds can be found under the “Commission process”.
The artist is not obliged to send any resource files, nor is she responsible for archiving them.
All art made by the artist belongs to the artist and may not be resold, redistributed or used in any way for profit by anyone but the artist herself. Any commissioned or bought art from the artist is intended for the customer's personal use ONLY. Should the customer wish to use the art for other purposes, they may purchase distribution rights. All illustrations will include a watermark. This watermark may not be removed at any point.
If the illustration does not include a watermark the customer MUST credit the artist through easy to find text or a separate art piece made by the artist.

No alteration of the art that the artist has made is allowed. This includes cropping the image in a way where the artist's tag/watermark is no longer visible. Only the artist herself is allowed to make changes to the creations she has made. The customer can request cropped images that includes the artist's tag/watermark for other viewing purposes (e.g. close up of a character's face for profile pictures etc), but not make them themselves.
The artist is likely to stream the creation process through her twitch account (http://twitch.tv/slauka). Should you want your project to be kept secret, please let Slauka know during the early process stages (1-3).
The artist reserves the right to refuse any order without giving any reason to do so.
The artist reserves the right to cancel any current order at any given point. Should this happen a full refund will be made to the customer. Do note that PayPal charges a small processing fee for any amount received for goods or services. As such the customer will be sent 100% of the sum the artist first received (after PayPal’s processing fee), minus the PayPal processing fee for the repayment from the artist back to the customer.
The artist reserves the right to display any created art as sample works of their portfolio.
Should the customer for any reason delay the creation process to the point where the artist is unable to start or continue the work the order will be treated as following:
Delay up to 3 days: The order may be resumed, but will be put at the bottom of the queue and will thus get a new finish date. There will be no refunds should the customer, or the artist, decide to cancel the order at this point.
Delay up to 14 days: The order will be cancelled. There will be no refunds. The artist reserves the right to decline said customer for any future requests.

By submitting any form of payment to the artist you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the information given in the process description.
A written consent OR using any of the art made by the artist will also count as an agreement to these terms and conditions, as well as the information given in the process description.
